I booked a room with a big bed, a mini-fridge-bar, a work desk, and an electronic key card. Location: the hotel was so close to bus station for the falls as well as Iguasu waterfalls Brazilian side, Argentina side and Birds Park.

The location of the hotel in Foz do Iguacu is nice, near to the bus station, and the mall. There's cool Famiglia Maran relatively near the venue, make desserts etc. The breakfast is satisfactory with variety of food...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, super close to everything. It was just a 10-minute walk from the bus station where I could easily catch a bus to the falls. The staff here was extremely nice and friendly, always acknowledging me and providing helpful information. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices.

Great location, centrally located with restaurants and bus station nearby. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a brand new deluxe suite with a king bed and single bed. The staff allowed us to use a standard room for showering on our last day. Good wifi signal. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a central setting super close to everything. And it was also not far from city Centre and Iguasu waterfalls Brazilian side, Argentina side and Birds Park and the bus station and the mall.

Couldn't fault the staff especially the reception staff and the bellhop - who worked for 2 hours to try and get the WiFi working so I could access the internet. The Tour shop staff were also excellent and arranged a couple of tours that worked out wonderfully well.

The it guy simply stared at us and didn't smile or say anything when the bellhop bought the laptop back up to the room after 2.5 hours. He just was angry I think that the wifi wasn't working and I guess he was responsible. His problem not ours.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-sized. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool area which was very enjoyable. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they allowed me to store my baggage even after check-out.

The AC sound from neighbouring rooms was a bit noisy during the night. The absence of window screens let a few bugs into the bathroom.
